The location near the blue subway line as well as between Minato was exceptionally nice, I liked it. After long day I visited Bashamichi Taproom for a couple of drinks.

The place is quirky and fairly clean, everything is excellent, it should have higher than 3 star rating. It has marvellous location in Yokohama really close to two different train stations as well as the Japanese restaurant.

Our stay was fairly nice, greatly enjoyed tasty breakfasts.

The location was good and perfect, at a short distance from Cup Noodles Museum Yokohama. We also went to city center, located just a short walk away from the hotel. The room with spacious bath.

The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect for walking around Sky Garden. Visited few places in the centre, within a close distance from the hotel.

Modern hotel in a marvellous position very close to train station. Savoury and tasty breakfast with fresh vegetables and Japanese dishes, as for instance - well worth the money. Location adjacent to the subway stations, other nearby malls, and Tokyo for the similiar price.

Beds were very small.

The staff were both caring and attentive. We booked a twin room that was complete with big TV and ventilation, for example as advertised.

Really ideal place for short stay. Compact & new-fashioned room with a fridge, climate control, and a kettle. Down pillows, extremely comfy bed.

Had a very nice stay for 6 nights, glad I've chosen it. The room was kept clean and available with spacious bath.

The hotel is conveniently located, just minutes away from Sakuragicho train station and the port, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly, attentive, and speak good English, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Some guests have mentioned that rooms on the far side of the building have no view, which could be disappointing for those seeking scenic vistas.

Location: the hotel was near to many other attractions as well as nice garden...

This was a wonderful stay for the price. The location turned out to be good, really close to most attractions, the restaurant and JR Sakuragicho station where there are many restaurants. The room was well laid out and decent size in general, with great facilities.

Excellent little hotel located close to a train stations and a subway stations, as well as the waterfront area and shopping mall and a very nice area. Savoury and savory breakfast for all tastes, amazing location. Good service at all times. Easy check-in.

Wi-Fi was very limited.

Everything was perfect, nonetheless a few employees were not very helpful. They helped us with concierge service and laundry facilities too.

Everything was fantastic.

The check-in process was easy and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was also great, with train stations within walking distance. I really appreciated the option to request a later checkout for a small fee, which allowed us to have a more relaxed departure. Additionally, having washing machines and dryers on every floor was a convenient amenity. The free coffee, tea, and umbrellas were also nice touches.

That there was no proper place to put our suitcases in the room. While I understand that space can be limited in Japan, it would have been helpful to have a designated area for luggage.
